The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and can be booked by just 1 person. Please indicate the correct number of guests. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The property is close to Munich, yet in a quiet area with bike paths and plenty of swimming spots. A pharmacy, gym, bakery, drugstore, bookstore, and several playgrounds are within walking distance. The train station, S-Bahn to Munich (every 20 minutes), and the A99 motorway (only 6 km away) are all nearby. Parking is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted. A washing machine is available in the basement. The house provides guidelines for proper waste separation; you will receive further information on site. Oktoberfest information: To reach Oktoberfest (Theresienwiese/Main Station), take the S2 towards Petershausen or Altomünster to Karlsfeld. On Oktoberfest weekends, S-Bahn trains run late into the night, so returning around midnight is easy. From Karlsfeld station, you can take bus 160 to the "Gartenstraße" stop or a taxi. From the bus stop, it’s just a short walk to the apartment.
