There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The property is close to Munich but in a quiet area with bike paths and plenty of swimming spots. A pharmacy, gym, bakery, drugstore, bookstore, and several playgrounds are within walking distance. The train station, S-Bahn to Munich (every 20 minutes), and the A99 motorway (just 6 km away) are also nearby. Parking is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. A washing machine is available in the basement. The house provides guidelines for correct waste separation; you will receive more information on site. The accommodation features energy- and water-saving amenities. A convenient self-check-in system is available.
