The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests, but is also available for just 1 person. Please indicate the correct number of guests when booking. Nearby, you will find many restaurants and shopping options. The property is close to Munich, yet located in a quiet area with bike paths and several swimming spots. A pharmacy, gym, bakery, drugstore, bookstore, and multiple playgrounds are within walking distance. The train station, S-Bahn to Munich (departing every 20 minutes), and the A99 highway (only 6 km away) are all nearby. The Allianz Arena is easily accessible—perfect for football fans and match days. Parking is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. A washing machine is available in the basement. The house provides guidelines for proper waste separation; further information will be provided on site. A convenient self check-in system is available. Oktoberfest information: From Oktoberfest (Theresienwiese/Main Station), take the S2 towards Petershausen or Altomünster to Karlsfeld. On Oktoberfest weekends, S-Bahn trains run late into the night, so returning around midnight is easy. From Karlsfeld station, you can take bus 160 to the "Gartenstraße" stop or a taxi. From the bus stop, it is only a short walk to the apartment.
